The new Artillery is excellent.

Actually though, so old now I honestly thought it came out last year...

25. Evanescence - Evanescence

Evanescence still has a special place with since I consider Fallen the album that really made me become a rock and metal fan. I know my uncle played me Alice Cooper and Metallica when I was four so that was a little bit of an introduction to the genre(you might be wondering why I didn't become a rock and metal fan then, I don't know),but for someone reason Fallen really clicked with me and I never turned back. I thought it was the greatest thing ever when I first heard it. It still is great. I doubt Evanescence will top Fallen or create another album like it, but the new album is good.
Don't worry the list starts to get really good after this
The Change

My Heart Is Broken

I feel similarly about Fallen. However for me it was the beginning of a romance I've had with gothic metal for a long time.

Actually, some people like me dislike everything Bodom has done after Hatebreeder, y'know, when they went from a neo-classical metal sound to bland and generic sounding thrash of sorts.

This is probably like the 100th post I've seen you post stating that you don't like post Hatebreeder and that Bodom now sucks.

It's just that you generalized that people only hate them after hate crew deathroll(I think that's it) and whatever the album after that was.

In his defense, that is how most people feel.

I don't think Follow The Reaper is a very thrashy album at all. It's almost as good as Hatebreeder.

No not everyone, primarily just you. Every single time you've discussed Bodom on this board you mention in some form how everything after Hatebreeder sucks.

I'm not attacking you or anything, just saying I'm sure everyone knows by now you hate post-Hatebreeder. In your defense a lot of people do the same thing with different subjects.
