James Murphy Suffers Brain Tumor Relapse

http://www.revolvermag.com/news/form...-welcomed.html

Quote:
James Murphy, former guitarist with Death, Obituary, and Testament, and founding member of death metallers Disincarnate, has suffered a relapse of the brain tumor with which he was first diagnosed in 2001. Murphy has said that, although the tumor had returned, it it was non-malignant and was being treated pharmacologically. The side effects of those medications have left Murphy unable to work, however. While different medications, with less side effects, are available, they are extremely costly at over $1,000 a month, with a minimum of six months of medication needed for treatment to be effective. With his medical expenses extremely high and Murphy sidelined from work due to the side effects of the current medications, the metal community is being asked to come together and help one of their brothers and donate to help him beat this once and for all."]ames Murphy, former guitarist with Death, Obituary, and Testament, and founding member of death metallers Disincarnate, has suffered a relapse of the brain tumor with which he was first diagnosed in 2001.
