It actually wasn't that. It was more that their stuff is just dull live. Which, in the case of Cynic, is pretty disappointing given how much I love their records.

Suffice to say I'll certainly be passing in the future.

Reassuring to hear, I passed on this as was feeling a bit jet lagged. Would have probably dozed off!
