I think I did it.

I found it on flickr went to the grab HTML/BB Code and clicked the BB code and cut and pasted. Is there a different easier way to do this?

I am totally computer illiterate.

You don't need to do the [IMG] tag twice; it should automatically insert it when you click on the picture button. Other than that, it's fine. It's the easiest way. Cool pic!
