That's exactly what I am doing. It does have the potential to get really awesome in the next few episodes. I have high hopes, FX tends to produce quality shows.

The pilot wasn't too bad but the top rated comment on IGN's review really made me lol.

"I saw "This program contains nudity" I'm thinking, T*ts or GTFO, then I saw man Ass and I GTFO'd"

Judas Priest was on Jimmy Fallon last night, and Paul Giamati from The Ides of March was one of the guests, and The Roots played you know what as he came out.

haha same here. I picked up the book first actually and half way through I decided to buy season 1. I finished both (the book days ago, and a few minutes ago I just finished the first season) and was surprised to find how different both are. I think the character is much more interesting in the book but overall a lot of the plot points are rushed and seem out of pure convenience. The TV show has the benefit of the length so it has much more time to flesh out everything and they did a great job of adding what needed to be expanded on.

I don't think the rest of the show has anything to do with the books so that kinda disappoints me that I can't do the same process.

I've a list of books that I'll be getting for Christmas, that's definitely one of them. Great show, so smartly written, great dynamics within!

I wouldn't bother with the books because i've heard they have nothing to do with where the show goes. Just watch the show and that will be entertainment enough for you. Seasons two and four are the best. You're in for a hell of a ride with them.

So does anyone know where to stream Dexter?

Netflix doesn't have it. Torrents can't be used at college and it's really hard to download from file sharing sites when the episode is an hour long.
