This makes me sad because if they got this poor excuse for a cash grab to play there then that means if Dio had lived and done another solo tour they probably would've got him instead

I've seen Dio twice solo and once with Sabbath and H&H. So i'll pass on this since i've seen the real thing already.

I saw him 7 times in total (4 with Dio and 3 with H&H), and I wasn't convinced by this whole tribute idea either. Until I actually saw it.

If the ticket prices are reasonable then this is worth every Dio fan's time. Dismissing it out of hand on misguided principle without even seeing it is dumb.

Well, call me dumb then because what they're doing is pointless and doesn't need to be done. You can't convince that they're not trying to cash in on dead man's memory and the music that he created.
