Hot as fuck beef heart taco salad. I cooked the beef heart with a seasoning of chili powder, cumin, roasted pepper flakes, garlic, and paprika. Then I threw in some chopped up jalapenos from my garden, with some locally-grown serrano peppers, onion, more garlic, and homegrown tomatoes. Threw all of that shit in a bowl with lettuce and salsa. My lips are scalded. So hot. So delicious.
