I played SOOO much Civ 5 last night. Though it's kind of hard to top Civ 4, this game plays great. Very streamlined, and clean.

Though it doesn't help when the Mongols just happen to be to the north of you when you try and become a non-confrontational economic power. Fuck you, Genghis Khan.

I'm too cheap to buy a new game so I'm playing through Final Fantasy VII for the first time in about ten years. The graphics look terrible. And damn it's pretty depressive and bleak.

I always like 3 more than 4 (religion was awesome at first, ended up feeling like a tired gimmick to me after a while). But after playing 5 I just can't really go back to the others. No more stacks has saved my soul.
