Not sure when Vital started but it must have been around 9:15 or so.

We got in there around 7:30 or so, and hung around the merch booths for about a half an hour probably while the local bands were playing, and we ended up going up and catching about 10 minutes of the second local band's set. So that means Abysmal Dawn probably started around 8:30.
Oh boy. I'm probably gonna get home around 1:00 in the morning... and have to get up at 6:30 for work. I miss living in Chicago, only being 15-20 minutes away from any venue, and not worrying about cars.

I added Implosion of Eternity and Vomit You Out to Origin's setlist as there are many Youtube videos of those songs and Staring From the Abyss is confirmed through Youtube.

Hm, I had originally planned not to go this since I've seen every band on there before, but I may have to go to this show now if I'm not working.

This is a tough call whether to go to this on Canada the biggest party of the year up north or actually go out with friends... such a hard call considering this review and how fucking awesome Origin is!

For people who have seen Origin before, it's definitely a different experience with Jason at the helm.

I had seen Origin before this in 2008 on the Summer Slaughter tour with James. They were good there but James didn't really do much at all besides stand around and do his vocals, I did like his vocals though. But Jason is a great vocalist and he has stage presence as well and he's very active on the stage and with the crowd. It makes me wish I could've seen some Skinless shows with him.
