Me and a friend briefly spoke to Jens Kidman of Meshuggah when they were getting off the stage at a 1999 concert opening for Slayer and he seemed like a really nice guy.

Wino and Dave Chandler are SUPER nice. They had no problems taking pictures with fans before their set and hanging out afterwards.

Agalloch are some of the nicest people I've ever met in any part of life. Laura and Phil from Kylesa are great too. They signed my girlfriend's cast and seemed really into the fact I bought Spiral Shadow on vinyl. Warrel Dane was nice about Nevermore but seemed a little standoffish about Sanctuary.

Bump....
I met a few people at NEMHF. Garin Rosen from Arsonists Get All The Girls is one of the nicest guys i've ever met. He came up to me and my friends in the parking lot and just started shooting the shit with us for about 10 minutes. He talked about how bad the first day of the fest was and how the bands they were on tour with (Our Last Night,Vanna) were really nice dudes, but he hated their music. Really cool and funny dude, he even asked us if we had any beer he could buy off us. Josh Miller from Son Of Aurelius was a really nice as well. He was stoked I recognized him and he was really apprecitative I checked out their set and was a fan of their music. Also said hi to Evan from Skeletonwitch(he was talking to someone else) and he gave me a high five and commented on my Breathing The Fire shit.

Lamb of God - Went to the Ozzfest 2007 signing, all the guys seemed pretty chill, only Randy seemed pissed off, or at least hungover maybe, he had sunglasses on and seemed annoyed.
3 Inches of Blood - Met Cam Pipes, sorta, the band were more or less in charge of their merch booth when I saw em in the city, didn't realize until after that it was him, cause he looked very familiar, was cool. also met Shane, talked to him a bit, he said they also re-recorded a new version of Hall of Heroes for the 7", that or they've just been playing it in practice sessions a lot, he also took some pictures with fans, didn't seem to mind.

I've hung out with LoG twice, and they're all really nice guys. Randy just likes his privacy, he doesn't really even hang out with the rest of the band all too much. I did manage to get him to sign my stuff and talk to me for a bit the first time though.
