If the Bay gets a date (which we will, I'm sure), I really don't know if I'd see them again. When I saw them last September it was so perfect. I would probably be disappointed no matter how good they were the second time around.

Would their set change at all? I know they had a couple new tunes and covers on the last tour, but they would still have to do all of Holy Mountain and a chunk of Dopesmoker to do a full show wouldn't they?

I guess I would, but there is no way it would top the first time. I mean it was some kind of magic combo of the weed, the atmosphere, Matt's tone, the slight reverb on Al's vocals, that amazing cover of Over the Mountain, and the sick jamming that made it so awesome, I figure there's no way it could be recreated. I bet it'll still be fun as hell though.

WOOHOO!!!!

Edit: aww why the Wiltern?? That place is awful for doom bands. Weedeater sounded like shit there. The show should be at the UV Lounge in Lincoln Heights, or the Fox Theater in Pomona.

I wouldn't be surprised if those three dates were the only dates!

And you need to look harder.
