Evildead -- Boyle Heights, CA -- March 11th, 2011

The show was at the Blvd in Boyle Heights. I was expecting it to be over sold out, but only about 50 people tops showed up. It was kind of sad to see such a low turn out, but it was still a great show. I showed up to the venue around 11:25pm cause I got off work late just in time to catch the last 4 songs of Fueled by Fire. I never listened to their music before, just saw their name everywhere. They were sick as fuck and I'm going to check them out now. Evildead went on stage at midnight and played till 1am. They played the perfect setlist I could ever ask for. The dream setlist. It was the entire Annihilation of Civilization record plus Sloe-Death and Run Again. Nothing from the second album and no Rise Above cover They played a new song that sounded sick as fuck. If they come out with a new record and the rest of it sounds as good, then I would want to hear a lot of new songs incorporated into the setlist. The singer's style changed over the years. He incorporated an Exodus style scream into his singing, so it made it sound even better.

F.C.I. / The Awakening
Parricide
Run Again
Unauthorized Exploitation
Sloe-Death
Living Good
Holy Trials
Blashemy Divine(new song)
Future Shock
Gone Shooting
Annihilation Of Civilization
----------

Even tho their the new "Thrash 'til deth!" trend, ive been really diggen em latley.
I couldn't enjoy em last year cause I was too pooped and i had gave it my all for Warbringer/Bonded by Blood. But recently ive gotten more of their stuff and they're really good(am i the only person thinkin crossover?). And they got a new singer man thats why he sounds different. And before u check out FBF look up their lyrics...
