Place was pretty packed, but it was weird. Most of the people who were there weren't familiar with CoF's older material. They went apeshit for the newer stuff, but seemed dumbfounded when they played stuff like "The Forest Whispers My Name" and "Cruelty Brought Thee Orchids."

That said, they were all singing along to Turisas...so maybe it really was just a crossed-up audience.

That's the exact same set-list from Toronto last week except we didn't get The Cult of Venus Aversa, probably because it would've stretched the show out to almost 9:40pm.

Stretched out to 9:40 pm? That's still somewhat early, even for those that have work/school.

It was an early show for whatever reason, but it was nice to be home by 11.

Somehow, I believe that. At least it wasn't a Philly crowd, which either twiddles its thumbs, texts, or gets drunk and ignores the show.
