Possibly. I was pretty much everywhere during Watain since a lot of my metal friends were there that I hadn't seen in awhile.

An old band I was in played a show at a bar once, and we weren't allowed to leave the building, even to smoke. The owner said that if one of us were to go out and drink, and an official (whatever the people who regulate alcohol distribution are called) were to walk in, then the place would be shut down for serving minors and the owner would lose his license. If you think about it, it makes sense. It's a liability kind of thing, I guess. I had never really thought of it that way before then. So that was probably the case here too.
