I recently bought the Orange Box for PS3, and while the loading times are painfully long, the graphics are fine with me. Maybe it's because I have a good television?

HL 2 is still one of the best games ever, and I hope EP III will truely "scare the player"...

I think it's just the PS3 version. I owned a copy of the Orange Box for xbox-360 and I had no loading problems what so ever .....went by quick actually.

I still wish I had my xbox 360, I use to play the living shit out of the Orange Box.

Best "bang for your buck" in my opinion.

How far are you in HL2? Pretty epic stuff, huh? I ask because you said you just recently bought the game so I assume this is your first time playing it?

Wait till you get to Episode 2....it's even better then HL2 and HL2 Episode 1. A lot of crazy shit goes down

If you can get past the waterboat chapter, you will be hooked. I personally know a bunch of people who quit playing because of that damn confusing sequence.
