Tour: Design Your Universe Pt. 2
First up was The Agonist. This band has been on my "to see" list for a long time and when Mutiny Within dropped off my dream came true. This band is heavy and Alissa is an amazing frontwoman with her guttural screams and beautiful singing.
Business Suits and Combat Boots
... and Their Eulogies Sang Me to Sleep
Birds Elope With The Sun
Thank You, Pain
Next was the band I have seen a few times and will be seeing a few more. Last time I saw them their sound was off and they didn’t play a diverse set. This time they finally brought back the sound I remember from ProgPower. With their new cd coming I thought they would be playing more than one new song but oh well… maybe next tour.

This Round's on Me
Scar symmetry was next. I didn’t know this band had gotten rid of their singer and had been replaced with two different ones. Their sound was spot on and had a very Meshuggah feel to them. During this band a chick got up right in front of the stage and raised her shirt for a few songs and the all the guys appreciated it.
Pitch Black Progress
Finally was Epica. I missed this band back in Feb. and now I regret it terribly. Her voice was mind blowing and she hit every high note with perfection. They had a very surprising atmosphere and they played every song I wanted.
Resign to Surrender
Fools of Damnation
Martyr of the Free Word
Cry for the Moon
Tides of Time
The Obsessive Devotion
Kingdom of Heaven
Consign to Oblivion
