I'm nearing the completion of my list, I think. I just need to listen to a few more things. My live one is going to be quite a doozy, I've seen some awesome bands this year. I'm just starting to reflect on what could have been the best year of my life...

Ha, I'm not ready to make the live performance list yet...three shows yet with acts that can definitely make a run at my top ten. Working on the albums one now though, I turned in my official list last week to the student paper I work for and changing it would bum me out so I'm gonna say I'm satisfied with it. And I am, honestly. Gonna post ten honorable mention and the official top ten in a few hours here.

I probably won't list my live ones till the end of the year, because I believe Agalloch could make the top 5, so I'll hold off. A certain British band is a lock though.

I still have to listen to a few albums towards the back of my list to make sure I'm not misplacing anything, then I'll run through all top 10 tomorrow. I don't know why I love this list-making, but it's a ton of fun.

I did a rough draft of my list yesterday morning that I feel pretty good about, but I still need to listen to a couple more records and then I will have the list set in stone in a couple of weeks.

I'll be making my list soon. I'll be starting tonight and doing a full on review, expanding what I did last year. Best of 2010, Worst of 2010, Best Album covers, Best Songs, Best EPs, etc.
