As for Mayhem, I think it will look like this:

SOAD or Disturbed
Godsmack
Deftones
All That Remains
As I Lay Dying or Gwar
Trivium
Arch Enemy
Skeletonwitch
That sounds about right but if SOAD doesn't pan out for this tour I don't think the top 3 would be Deftones/Godsmack/Disturbed.

Why do I even care, I probably won't go to this tour regardless unless they get a bunch of good bands or SOAD ends up playing.

If the lineup is correct this better come to Buffalo. There is no reason why this souldn't come to Buffalo definetly with System Of a Down playing.

I'm not saying that line up is correct. I know alot of those bands want that tour and as of a few weeks ago some were waiting to get confirmed for it. That was my guess based on info I was told or stuff rhe bands (Trivium/Arch Enemy) have said.

I did hear that they will release the tour dates/cities THIS WEEK with the line up to be announced in January.

I would care about this tour, but it won't be coming anywhere near here. We used to have a great outdoor venue but the town put a ban on Rock/Metal festivals and now it is home to Country Splash every year.

The only thing that interests me about this tour is seeing what bands won't be coming here.

Gayhem has never had more then 3 good bands so these predicted lineups are unrealistic. Everyone seems to be positive that the headliner will be either SOAD or Rammstien. I wouldn't count on either of those happening.

I didn't hear anything about this at all. I know they cancelled a couple shows because Draiman had some throat infection of some kind but that's it. I'd be surprised if they did cancel because of poor ticket sales. They're still popular and are all over the radio. Plus, when I saw Uproar this summer there was a huge crowd for it. If it was able to draw good numbers in the Buffalo area than it probably drew well every other place to.

I don't think they would do another festival next summer though. They'll focus on their own tour in the new year.

I wouldn't see this. Unless Megadeth was on it. It's still better than this year's though.

I heard the same thing about the throat illness. After his previous throat problems they were taking this extremely cautiously.

MAIN STAGE:

SYSTEM OF A DOWN: i could totally see this happening. i'm not the biggest SOAD fan there is but i'd be stoked if they were headlining. i have a lot of friends who like them so if it's true i'd have a looooot of friends to go with.
TOOL, METALLICA: can't see them doing it.
AVENGED SEVENFOLD: would be interesting.
DISTURBED: they played '08 so i'd really prefer if they got someone else.
MEGADETH: i could somewhat see this but i can't see them headlining, maybe 2nd to last yeah
RAMMSTEIN: i could see this happening.
DEFTONES: as much as i love Deftones i'd rather have them not be on the lineup as they wouldn't really fit.

MAIN STAGE OPENERS and JAGER/SILVER STAGE HEADLINERS:

HELLYEAH: don't care.
AS I LAY DYING: would love to see this happen.
ALL THAT REMAINS: i'd be content if they played but they were on the lineup in 09 so i'd rather have someone else.
TRIVIUM: see above.
DEVILDRIVER: would be satisfied.
DOWN: not a fan but i'd be somewhat interested.
GWAR: would be really interesting, have always wanted to see this band live.

SIDE STAGE BANDS:

ARCH ENEMY: would love to see this happen.
SKELETONWITCH: not a fan but they're a lot of fun live so i'd be down with it.
CHILDREN OF BODOM: would love it if it happened.
DIMMU BORGIR: not a fan but might be interesting.
GOATWHORE: meh kinda bored me last time i saw them.

I would go for all those side stage bands (minus Times of Grace) ..but I don't care about any of the other bands save Megadeth (who I've already seen twice) and maybe Metallica and Gwar.

Will be interesting to see what the final lineup will be.
