Avenged does seem to forget about city of evil I've only seen beast bat country and seize the day since the first time I saw them in 08.
however the last time I saw them I didn't see bat country

I know they don't have a lot of time, but they should have played bat country, or scream, which is lacking from that too

on waking the fallen, I have seen second heartbeat, eternal rest, and chapter IV, besides unholy confessions, so I'd say they don't ignore that one quite as much as city of evil

To the OP, I don't know if you've been lurking this long, but the following album was in the top ten for favorite albums of the year for 2008 for this forum:

Now keep in mind, that was #8 on the Top Ten Albums of 2008 for the the site as a whole, not just one or two individuals.

So, anytime anybody gives you shit for liking something that isn't metal enough for them, just post a copy of the above picture and you're good.

Stone Sour's set is pretty lame. No Get Inside? No Inhale? They would've been the band I was most excited to see. I'm glad I didn't get tickets now.

I forgot to add as well though atleast they took out "Bother" I have been waiting to hopefully say that for years. Sadly "Through Glass" is still there but I'll take 1 out of 2.

Hmmm, I think they left out Bat Country because of what the lyrics mean, its about someone commiting suicide, and since the Rev's passing, they probably felt they wanted to drop it in favour of the newer stuff since thats in tribute to the Rev, whereas Bat Country kinda pours salt in the wound that he's gone. But thats just my theory. I don't mind anyway I've already seen them play a greatest hits set with the Rev, so I'm most looking forward to the new stuff.

Get Inside, however, I do not understand, they have three albums, an hour is enough time to play every popular song from them. I do hope this is rectified when I see them in London on Halloween.

Stone Sour isn't getting an hour on this tour. They're getting about 35 mins or so. Still it's odd they're not doing at least one song off the first album. I'm not sure why some have such a hard on for Get Inside? It's a decent song but i'd take Orchids, Tumult and Inhale over that every time.

its not about the quality of the song, its the fact that its the song that got them big, even the bad admit it got the ball rolling in a big way, and its been the set closer for so long, it'd be like Slipknot not playing Wait And Bleed, its just that is one of their biggest songs.

Slipknot didn't do Wait & Bleed or Left Behind on the first Mayhem fest in 2008. I didn't know Get Inside was that big for them. I always thought Bother was the song that sold the album. At least here in the US it was. Just like how Through Glass helped their second album sell well here.
