Seeing as it is easily one of the best 3 Priest songs ever.

Nice set, some of this was really out of the blue. Here's hoping he comes my way sometime this year.

Priest closed every show they did with it before 1982, and they actually even brought out the Harley for it starting with the British Steel tour! Halford would eventually resurrect the song as a grand finale on the Resurrection tour (it is in fact the last live song on Live Insurrection). It's one of Priest's absolute finest songs, and it's quite possibly the first ever thrash song.

Yes, I do know all about that, but there are lots of other songs that deserved to be played on Sad Wings (Island Of Domination, anyone ) & in general than Tyrant...

Words cannot describe how much I want to hear Tyrant live. It's my favorite Priest song...

From Bravewords.com interview:

Halford: “It’s a bit of a dilemma isn’t it? My answer is if you want Judas Priest – why would you not want it from the original source? I’m back in Priest now, so it makes sense that if you want to hear Priest… hear the real deal. That’s really important for me to communicate. ‘Breakin’ The Law’ sounds best when it’s played by Glenn, Ken, Scott, Ian and myself. That’s it. That is ‘Breakin’ The Law’. Anything else is a cover version."

Yes! Not sure he can still hit those notes but Island of Domination has always been my favorite Priest song.
