Mayhem - Deathcrush

Very influential release amongst the second wave of black metal.

Demilich - Nespithe

While this album may not be incredibly popular, I believe it played an important part in shaping the genre of technical death metal.

To those saying Destroyer I have to disagree, Alive! (in terms of KISS records) is much more influential. When those who point the band has an influence they usually list Alive, other than Rob Zombie I've never heard anybody cited Destroyer.
