I'm gonna take a guess and say it was during Planet Smasher? And if it was that's awesome.

Pretty sure it was. They also had a video monitor with Ziltoid on it, who would insult Dev and the crowd between songs

Chuck sang the parts of the character "Planet Smasher" in Planet Smasher.
Disappointingly, Dev didn't do Ziltoid start to finish, there was a gap in the middle. The full setlist was: Devin Townsend Project (20:30-22:00) ZTO By Your Command Ziltoidia Attaxx!! Solar Winds Hyperdrive N9 Kingdom Mountain (I think...) Planet Smasher (with Chuck Billy) Colour Your World The Greys Deep Peace

And the rest of what I watched (despite yet more fucking awful organisation where they let everyone play 10-15 minutes longer than they were supposed to, so they were rarely finished before the next band on the other stage started).
Insomnium (15:30-16:15) Equivalence Down With The Sun Drawn to Black Where The Last Waves Broke The Harrowing Years The Killjoy The Gale Mortal Share Weighed Down With Sorrow Tarot (16:15-17:15) Sleep In The Dark I Walk Forever Satan Is Dead Crows Fly Black Tides Calling Down the Rain Hell Knows Pyre of The Gods Rider of The Last Day Traitor Pain (17:15-18:05) Supersonic Bitch Dancing With The Dead Zombie Slam Walking On Glass It's Only Them End of The Line I'm Going In Monkey Business On And On -------------- Same Old Song Don't Care Shut Your Mouth Satyricon (18:15-19:30) Repined Bastard Nation The Wolfpack Now, Diabolical Black Crow On A Tombstone Filthgrinder ?? (probably either Forhekset or Du Som Hater God) The Rite of Our Cross The Pentagram Burns Die By My Hand Fuel For Hatred K.I.N.G. ------------------ Mother North (I think....) Obituary (19:30-20:30) Not much clue here. They definitely did the following, and they're in the right order... but there are several gaps. Irritatingly I watched the entire set from the front and side of the stage, and there wasn't a setlist to photograph in sight! Also saw the band hanging around at Helsinki airport this afternoon waiting for a flight - should have asked them! Dethroned Emperor Final Thoughts Slow Death Evil Ways Slowly We Rot

Of the bands I saw: Pain and Satyricon were awesome. Devin was kinda fun, but a bit of a pantomime with the interactions between him and the recorded Ziltoid segments, which weren't as funny as the old broadcasts he did when the album came out. Obituary were cool, but any more than an hour or so and they get a bit dull live. Insomnium were pretty boring. Tarot were very good, but don't put on much of a show. Unarguable songs though.
Highlight of the day was the Dio Memorial Gala gig down the road later that evening. See separate thread
