Yep. I don't see how their new album proved they were transitioning more to death metal. There were a couple solos, if I recall correctly, but the breakdowns greatly outnumbered them. All in all it was pretty much just a repeat of This is Exile.

The JFAC scene kid army basically used the same useless argument when their last album came out.

Doesn't matter what you call it, I'll give you that one. When a band lacks talent and creativity, it doesn't matter what genre you call them. They still suck.
