Oh yes. I think every single song on the album is, lyrically, some kind of relationship sob story. I was really looking forward to this album after hearing the three songs they pre-released. After listening to the whole thing, those are the best three songs on the album and Begging For Mercy is really the only one that is "metal". Matt Tuck is a talented singer but he is not meant for a metal band at all. Shame on them for saying this was not going to have any ballads (it does) and it was going to be more classic metal.

I like the poison by these guys, I think because they weren't saying its a 'thrash' or 'classic rock' -esque album, they just said it was what it what was, a pretty good slice of metalcore.
However, I have found in recent times, they are trying to shake this whole metalcore label, by throwing any label they can on their music, when really, at least to me, they're sounding more and more like Funeral For A Friend, which are neither thrash nor classic rock, more metalcore/hardcore type stuff. I have yet to give the album a good listen, but from what I have heard they aren't pushing themselves with their music enough, least not in the right direction. Then again, their tours for this album will more than likely all sell out, and, if they do fall from grace, it probably wont matter to their wallets anyway.
