I got to the Rave at about 7:00, talked to a friend on the phone until 7:30, then I went in. I was surprised to see the show was in the Basement, but that's okay.

This local band, Rictus Grin were playing first and they ruled. I don't know what they played, but they're worth checking out.

Lecherous Nocturne were next. I don't know their setlist, but they were okay. I'm not crazy about most tech-death bands because after a while it all sounds the same, but still, they did a good job and have a great bassist.

Skeletonwitch played next. They were awesome, great high energy show, good music.

Then came 1349. I don't really like black metal, but they were decent. I don't know their set, but I bootlegged them too. Btw, they had cool lights.

Cannibal Corpse finished it and slayed, like always. I was second row, in front of Alex.
