And by the way, naming a period of years is ridiculous. Especially Black Sabbath. Judge a band on their entire career or not at all.

I agree. I included one, and I'll elaborate.

My placement of Queensryche is based on my reflection of their entire career, more or less. I simply specified that I don't care about anything post-Promised land. I know it's there, it factored into my decision - I just like the stuff I like enough to still overlook it. It was just a means of clarification.
