I guess it really doesn't but the person who wrote the review said the show went three hours. The songs they played only total about 2 hours or maybe a little over that. If you factor in the time between songs, maybe a Axl has a little chatter with the crowd and the time for the encore you're still looking at about 40 mins or so of solo's. Which is just too much, they can deffinately use that time better by playing some more stuff off the Use Your Illusion albums.
