I'm supposed to go see these guys Saturday night at Rams Head. I used to pay $5 to see them at Hammerjacks so it's hard to stomach $35 clams but the ass factor will be off the charts.

What's up with the new songs? They're not Funny Money bullshit songs are they? I know Kix put out a cd after Girl Money that nobody bought but why play shit off of there that no one knows?

Oh that's right to sell the warehouse backlog of those cd's they probably have. These clowns are money grubbing fools but fun nonetheless.

Saw Kix open for Priest a few months back, pretty good stuff. Then I saw the brown haired guitarist sitting a few seats away from me at the DC Kiss show.

WOW! thanks for the info. I only listen to certain songs off the 1st few albums and must have forgotten about them. Same with Hot Wire. The snow is probably going to pospone the concert anyway so I have time to catch up on those tunes. The should do a show and play all of Midnight Dynamite sometime. That would really bring back some great memories.

The most surprising thing to me is no For Shame. That song is incredible live.

From what I saw they do "for shame" once in a while with or without "Dont Close Your Eyes"

Steve's voice was shot on Dont Close - i would rather have heard For Shame too!

PS - what is a Metal Head like you doing with a "Kiss" avatar"--LOL

They are my favorite!

I dressed up as Gene last year. The 30 year anniversary of when I dressed up as Gene as a kid. One of the most fun nights of my life. I paid $300 for the costume, won $500 and sold it back on ebay this year for $375.

That pic was taken during the contest at Angel's Rock Bar. Brian Jack was there actually. Not sure if you remember him from Child's Play. Not the coolest dude but I think he voted for me so he's cool by me. hahaha

Yeah i'd rather hear For Shame over Don't Close your Eyes all day long. They're saying if the band can get there, the show goes on tomorrow. Should be interesting...
