Only they have the nerve to do a demo version of a song live. Now if Megadeth did the Polaris demo, that would be a different story.

I love Dream Theater but every time i see a setlist from them this tour i'm just extremely underwhelmed. Whenever I read one of them i'm just like "whatever, nothing special"

I'm not sure what's going on with me maybe i was just spoiled by the 3 hour sets they used to play and that's why these pussy 90 minute sets they're doing now aren't cutting it for me anymore. Plus, the demo version of Hollow Years? Seriously? I've never heard this version before but what exactly is the point of doing that? Just play the damn song the way the fans know it.

It's pretty much the same except with slightly altered pre-chorus lyrics and more solo. Better solos, too.
