Lamb of God -- Pittsburgh, PA -- September 23rd, 2009
Venue-The Amphitheater at Station Square
First off I've been a big Lamb of God fan every since ashes of the wake came out but I've never been able to see them so I was looking forward to this show for a long time. I didn't watch Job For A Cowboy since I've seen them 5 times already and they've been playing the same songs all summer. I got there right as Gwar's Behind the Murder video was playing and I have to say for not being a big fan of their music Gwar puts on a hell of a show. Finally Lamb of God came out to many loud chants and cheers. They were amazing from start to finish. Doc from God Forbid was filling in for Mark who was taking care of personal stuff @ home. Here's their set: The Passing --> In Your Words** Set To Fail Walk With Me In Hell** Now You've Got Something To Die For Ruin Pathetic Dead Seeds Omerta Grace** Broken Hands Laid To Rest Contractor Reclamation** Redneck** Black Label **I filmed these songs and posted them here Overall it was an awesome show and Lamb of God lived up to all my expectations even with a fill-in guitarist. Chris Adler is a machine and Randy Blythe is one of the best front men in modern metal. I will definitely make it a point to see these guys again. Peace Out |

It just doesn't make sense to me to base the worth of a set on just a few songs it's not two or three songs that make a set good it's how all the songs the band plays go together and how good it sounds. |
