well to me a lot of power and prog metal sounds similar to me. ya there is a lot of bands that don't sound like the other genre whatsoever, but to me there is a lot bands who sound like they COULD fall under both genres.

like i said IMO Sonata's recent stuff sounds like it can also fall under the prog genre also.
