I didn't like it at all, really. Way too complacent. None of the songs stuck with me, and it was just mellow without being beautiful. Way too simple for Hevy Devy.

It's definitely a grower, not something that's gonna make you say fuck yeah listinening the first time through. I can see that some people aren't catching onto it because it's not quite a heavy or soft record, more of a curveball. It looks like it will end up chest high but falls in for a strike, and when you start to see what is happening it's a beautiful thing.

I can't really disagree with that, but Ziltoid is becoming my favorite single album of his, Strapping or not.
