One of the things i remember from the show in Jersey...before Pantera, suicide note pt 1 played over the PA...as soon as that song ended, the curtain dropped, and they went right into Part 2. Also, Phil joined Type O negative on vocals for "Kill all the white people."

That would be awesome. When I saw them opening for Sabbath in 1999 they didn't play anything from that album.
