I've always like The Small Hours you can hear in that music how it influenced them. i know that they've played it a ton and might be bored with Fade To Black but is there as reason it's been largely ignored this tour?

I don't think there's anything health wise wrong with Lars. I think he's referring to the fact that the drums in Dyers Eve are the fastest of any Metallica song and it's a really hard for Lars to do that live.
