Absoultely amazing show. Got there right when Mantic Ritual got on stage, and they were quite impressive, definately a band to be on the look out in the near future (met their guitarist Jeff and their bassist Ben). Krisiun went on afterwards, and they weren't bad either. During their set me and my friends started talking to Schmier casually by the merch stand, so that was fucking awesome. I bought a Destruction patch and he signed it for me, and we talked about the Witchunter tribute and the new thrash scene, very down to earth guy. Unfortunately Destruction took a while to get on, although when they did they tore the venue up. Highlights were when Schmier kept on knocking down the mic stands due to feedback issues. The tech behind Schmier's bass was on his first day and was very unprofessional, so the The Damned/Cracked Brain/Reject Emotions was cut off twice, and some songs were cut out . An amazing show though, solid performance. Got a Schmier pick and a Sifringer pick, so that was cool. Afterwards we went down to the Crazy Donkey basement and started talking to Schmier and Sifringer and others. As can be assumed, a fantastic night and nothing less
