Satyricon -- Springfield, VA -- March 1st, 2009

JAXX

1349 played direct support but had to cut three songs from the set. They DID, however, manage to play a new track, "Maggot Fetus," from the upcoming album. This one will be available in North America in May. Moreover, they promised yet another new track tonite at their headliner show in NY at B.B.King's!

Good to see Havoc Vulture, Forhekset, and To The Mountains make it in the set.

Amazing show. Satyr really knows how to pump up a crowd and I caught one of Frosts drum sticks at the end!

Did Frost play with both Satyricon and 1349?

No, just with Satyricon. Tony Loranaeo (SP?) played with 1349.
