That being the case, has the band given any thought to the set list for this tour, like are you going to be playing stuff that you didn't on the previous tour? Oh yeah, we're playing different songs, but we're not playing SABBATH songs. We're going to play some different songs from HEAVEN AND HELL. Really, you're going to shuffle around the set list for this upcoming tour? Oh yeah, we've got to. We played a whole year of those songs; we can't go out and play the same set. -- I guess it being shorter, and playing Ear in the Wall and Time Machine does make it a different set...but...I expected a lot more changes than two songs when he said they couldn't go out and play the same set... |

Not that I'm complaining at all. The only thing worth complaining about is that they didn't play long enough.

why indeed. perhaps it falls under "perche domande perche" (eye-talian for "why ask why") (other than missing accents on certain vowels, it might not even be correct eye-talian)? still, it should be quite a kick ass set.
This will be my third time seeing H&H. still no Turn Up The Night and TV Crimes but they may make the rotation next time around. never saw Motorhead before, so i like that this is my first taste of them in a live setting. Testament, while not an imperative for me, should be good; i am looking forward to their set nonetheless. edit: 2 more days to go til i am metallized by the masters @ Jones Beach.

I love Testament's The Gallery album, but with such a short set they should concentrate on the early albums and the new one. And this is such a classic metal lineup. "Three Days in Darkness" and "D.N.R." just don't fit.

Motorhead set was the same except they didnt do Just 'Cos You Got The Power, there was a drum solo though.
Testament was this: Over The Wall The New Order Practice What You Preach Souls of Black More Than Meets The Eye The Formation of Damnation Glad they are changing the set bec I am going 2 more times and them and Motorhead are the main reasons why. Heaven and Hell didnt play Ear in the Wall but played Neon Knights Judas Priest didnt play Sinner or Death, the rest of the set was the same. Shirts were $30 last night too, not the $40 at Camden. The had British Steel and Screaming for Vengeance shirts with no dates, a Nostradamus with the dates on the back and then one with 4 horsemen and Nostradamus artwork on the back. Think that was it.
