"Best Of"

Not set lists but a similar concept that I feel is appropriate.

For any band you like considerably, try to make a "Best Of" album that WOULD FIT ON A SINGLE DISK that you feel perfectly represents the band.

This should be interesting to see for the bands we share interests in. I'll submit some later.

A Real Dream Theater compilation - 1992-2007

The ultimate DT compilation. You just can't have everything with one disc.

Pull Me Under
Another Day
Metropolis
Innocence Faded
Lie
Hollow Years
Trial of Tears (Once in a LIVEtime)
Overture 1928
Strange Deja Vu
Home (Live Scenes from New York)
The Glass Prison
War Inside My Head
The Test That Stumped Them All
Goodnight Kiss
Solitary Shell
Endless Sacrifice
Vacant
The Root of All Evil
Panic Attack
The Spirit Carries On (Score)
Constant Motion
Forsaken

It just doesn't do justice. I'm not being realistic with disc times. This is well over one disc of material.

Meshuggah
Disk 1
Humiliative
Sickening
Gods of Rapture
Future Breed Machine
Beneath
Soul Burn
Concatenation
New Millenium Cyanide Christ
The Mouth Licking What You've Bled
Sane

Disk 2
Stengah
Rational Gaze
Perpetual Black Second
Straws Pulled At Random
In Death - Is Life/In Death - Is Death
Shed
Combustion
Bleed

And mysteriously, a bonus track appears on every metal album to catch the attention of Hot Topic shoppers across the nation.
Futile Bread Machine

If you're a Meshuggah fan, at least preview it on iTunes if you don't feel like shelling out a dollar. Its interesting, to say the least.
