As someone who was never lived in New Jersey, I'm curious to know why they wouldn't.

(Isn't Overkill from Jersey?)

Because Camden's been several years running voted the most dangerous city in America.

Behemoth played Conquer All, not Slaves Shall Serve. That set is otherwise correct.

Daath's set:

From the Blind
Cosmic Forge
Subterfuge
Ovum
War-Born

Lamb of God's set:

Hourglass
Laid to Rest
Walk with Me In Hell
As the Palaces Burn
Pathetic
Omerta
Blacken the Cursed Sun
Now You've Got Something To Die For
Again We Rise
Ruin
Vigil
Redneck
Black Label

I'm not sure where Ruin was in the set, I'm sure it was towards the end though.

It's the only summer oriented venue right by Philadelphia. It's on the Camden waterfront which makes it a relatively safe area of Camden, and being only a bridge away from Philadelphia, it counts as a Philly tour stop.
