I would like to know why Stormwarrior is so obsessed with old Helloween. It's to the degree that I can't say I've ever seen another band like it. Just the fact that they have a couple of their own albums yet they chose to play an entire set list of Helloween material... at Wacken nonetheless is the ultimate proof.

Put it this way; if I was at Wacken, and saw Stormwarrior play, I wouldn't watch them probably unless they did something like THAT i.e. bust out a bunch of songs off one of the best metal albums ever.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea, in fact, I agree with you perfectly, cause I'm not really a fan of their other stuff but would've watched that. I'm just saying I think it shows a bit of an identity crisis or insecurity of their own material, cause this isn't the first time they've done something like this.

Isnt that reason enough...I mean, who really complaining about hearing those songs? I would have loved to be there, if it was Helloween or not.

even more good news, check the stormwarrior site in the newssection in the article "welcome yenz and more" it is said that a dvd from wacken gig will be released
