Prog metal/Rock folks...I need your help!
I am wondering if there are any bands/albums that you can recommend that are prog metal/rock that are largely or completely instrumental. Is there such a thing? Thanks in advance for your help

Not what I had in mind. They have vocals as well!

I was trying to stay away from post-rock/metal because that opens a thousand possibilities, but since you opened the floodgates:

Pelican. "The Fire In Our Throats Will Beckon the Thaw" is a fantastic album, and there's no vocals.

I'd be here all day, but I will say that judging by what I gather of your music tastes you will likely not enjoy any of the bands listed so far except Liquid Tension Experiment, whom I know you are already familiar with. For you to start I recommend Canvas Solaris' "Penumbra Diffuse" highly, I can even send it to you if you'd like
