The album is just a big time grower, that takes time for the melodies and subtle dynamics to worm their way into your head. If the single makes you feel uneasy, just wait til you hear the rest. I feel it happens to be one of the weaker songs, and is a little misleading as a representation of the album as a whole.
I've already warmed up to the single, but this is still comforting and intriguing. I'm not sure I could swallow a whole album styled like the single. I'd prefer it to be varied.
