If you want to make a list of the most fun riffs to play then go for it, but to say that a riff is generally inferior to another based on anything other than its musical quality is flat-out wrong in so many ways.
No I was talking about making a list for just top ten metal/rock riffs in general, not one for playing.And ok, so I won't judge the riff by how fun it is to play, to me it's a mean in-your-face riff that could easily be in like a top 100 greatest guitar riffs of all-time, top ten no, but 100 easily.And Smoke On The Water to me is an uninteresting riff, there I said it.
Why must everyone insist on attacking each others opinions for crying out loud....
