I've just cut out snacking, been drinking a lot of water and been eating brown bread diet-wise. And smaller portions. As far as "working out", I try to get on the treadmill every day but it's usually more like four times a week. A half hour each time, at a speed of 3.5 mph, an incline of 7 (whatever that is) and speeding up to 6 mph every four minutes for thirty seconds.
So far I've dropped seventeen pounds in about three months. But more importantly I feel really good after I'm done.
