Paul McCartney -- Orlando, FL -- May 18th, 2013

OUT THERE TOUR 2013 (USA opening show)
Amway Center
Orlando, Florida USA

As a long time concert veteran, I've seen hundreds of concerts throughout my life, thousands of different bands, and after this concert, it would be hard pressed to top it. For 2 hours, 45 minutes, Paul McCartney gave 110% to a sold out crowd of 18,000. Bands that only play hour sets, need to take notice....

This stage set up one of the most impressive I have ever seen. The sound was crystal clear, high def screens and graphics had everything in your face. During "Live & Let Die", the fire balls, explosions, lasers would make KISS or Metallica jealous. I was on the floor and still felt the heat. Does Paul play heavy metal? In a technical sense, NO, but after hearing "Helter Skelter" live with a 3 guitar attack, YES!! It was blistering.

His solo acoustic guitar performance of "Here Today" was dedicated to John Lennon. He brought out a ukulele for "Something" for dedication to George Harrison. It started solo before rest of the band joined in. At the end of "Let Me Roll It", the band segued into Jimi Hendrix's Foxey Lady. The show closer "Hey Jude" had the sold out crowd singing along....
