It's a good record. Like Brad said, It's more consistent and on the whole a better record than Goblin, but save for Rusty, Tamale and Colossus, there isn't any songs that are on the level of the elite material on Goblin.
The only songs on Goblin I can go back to and still enjoy are Yonkers, Nightmare, Transylvania, and I guess the title track. From my first listen I always thought it was a very spotty album and no more than a 7/10 but it's also kind of a shrinker. A couple of weeks ago I was at a friend's house and she put on Sandwiches. All I could think was "wow, this beat is awful". Even Yonkers is kind of hard to listen to these days because of shit like this:
