I'd say they toned down the wigger gimmick and amped up the cliche, robotic, overly retarded, choriographed, cartoon character gimmick. I can't see anyone over the age of nine who doesn't drink paint thinner finding him remotely entertaining. But I hate the guy so much, someone else here who doesn't feel as strongly can probably give you a better idea of what the hell he's supposed to be.
