[John The Drummer]

A really good friend of mine was worried about my wrist problems. She texted me saying she bought me something to help it out, so we met up and she gave me this gel rub. IT HAS BEEN WORKING MIRACLES.

It doesn't neccessarily CURE it, but it relieves the pain. I had band practice last night, and it was the first time I've drummed in a couple weeks where I could actually focus on my playing, and not on how much my wrist was hurting .

I feel so grateful to have such a caring friend
