I do HIIT sprints every morning and usually do 120 chin-ups with 17 pounds on my back (in sets of 10 rotating between 3 different grips) and 170 pushups in sets varying from 15 to 30 most days. When I work evenings I usually only have time for one of those strength exercises.
So I suppose I'm into it.
