Honestly, would you expect a glut of New England dates? It's hardly a well-known hot-bed of heavy metal activity... although a grant you an MA date shouldn't be out of the question really, should it?
Can't comment on the selection of town... but I'm sure Ontario-dwellers would have a stronger case to shout "WTF?" at the city-selection there...
